You do not need to have or open a PayPal account to pay with a credit or debit card.
Just follow these simple instructions.
1. Enter you total payment (membership + donations) and your email address into the appropriate fields. Then click “Pay Now.”
2. Click on the button “Pay with Debit or Credit Card.”
3. Enter your email address and press “Continue to Payment.” This is to provide you with a receipt. It will not open an account.
4. Fill out the credit/debit card payment portal as normal.
