We invite you to submit your membership form, along with your annual dues and any voluntary donations through this website. If you prefer to mail in your form, along with a check, please click the button to the right.
There are two steps to registering and paying online.
Please follow these instructions carefully.
STEP ONE: SUBMITTING THE MEMBERSHIP FORM
Fill out the membership form below and click submit. A confirmation message will pop-up on the screen.
STEP TWO: PAYMENT
If you have a PayPal account, you may use the payment link included in the confirmation message to complete your transaction. Note that you will have to re-enter the total amount of your payment (dues + any donations).
If you do not have a PayPal account and/or wish to pay by credit card, please use the interface under the membership form, after you have successfully filled out the membership form and clicked submit.
We have launched a new listserv (on Google Groups) to facilitate communication among members. Once we receive your membership information and payment, we will add your email address to the list. Only members in good standing will be able to view and participate in discussions. You do not need a Gmail account to join and may use your institutional email address. You may unsubscribe (and re-subscribe) whenever you like.
